It has been built with the superior external cladding technology called “Merino Superclad Technology”, which makes the exteriors endurable to the core and helps it withstand the impact of erratic weather conditions. A special EWC range with Superclad Technology has a UV resistant top coating treated with Poly Urethane (PU) and Acrylic to protect the exterior wall from the harmful Ultra-violet rays, prevent fading and significantly enhance durability.
