We entered the interior solution business by launching plywoods in 1974. We became one of the most preferred plywood brands by consistently delivering quality products and services.

This successful beginning encouraged us to establish Merino’s first manufacturing unit of high-pressure decorative laminates at Hapur in the year 1981. We set up the second unit at Rohad in 1995 to meet the ever-increasing demand for Merino Laminates. Our third unit has been set in Dahej, Gujarat in 2017, which takes total Merino production Capacity to 47 Million Sqr Mtr.

At Merino, we specialise in creating new products which are aligned with the latest international trends and market demands. Over the years, our innovative products have continuously been well received by architects and designers alike.

We forayed into Agro-Food Industry through the cold storage business and subsequently diversified into farming, biotechnology and food processing. Our integrated approach is right from seed preparation to the sealed FMCG product. We have launched potato flakes and ready to eat snacks mixes under the brand name ‘Vegit’.
