Bloc is an all-in-one surface that offers an haute matte premium finish. Engineered from Kraft and decorative paper, further strengthened and finished with an electron beam cured acrylic layer, they can be directly used on a surface without any strengthening support.
The Bloc range of premium compacts by Luvih, which consists of self-supporting laminates while being available in varying thicknesses, is designed with a super-premium matte look to bring the wow factor to your surfaces. These premium compact laminates are manufactured using cellulose fibrous material impregnated with thermosetting resins and bonded together by the high-pressure process. The surface on both sides, having decorative colours or designs, is impregnated with melamine-based resins. The surface is finished using a highly Functional Electron Beam Cured Acrylic Resin coating. The core layers are impregnated with phenolic based resins. Colorcore layers can also be manufactured.
