Assistant Manager- Project Sales [Merino Restroom Solutions]

Job Responsibilities

  • To meet the influencers in Projects – and get our products specified : Architects / Interior Designers / PMCs / Contractors etc.
  • Ensure Sales volumes are achieved.
  • Talk about our products, their FABs, and get Merino listed in Architect BoQ, as well as specified in the Drawings.
  • Meet Contractors – and close the loop, where Architects have specified.
  • To ensure 3 times of target, pipeline has been generated.
  • Meet Clients and close the loop on pricing, and ensure specified product goes to site.
  • 3-4 Productive visits and 8-10 calls/ per day.
  • Ensure that all visit data is captured Live data in CRM.
  • 2 Business development in a month (New client).
  • Up selling and Product Mix.
  • Ensure 100% compliance of DSO and follow Credit Mgt. policy.
  • Submission of all required documents for order booking should be on time.
