TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION
The “Merino X RCB UGC Contest” (“Contest”) is organized by Merino India (“Organizer”) in partnership with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). By participating in this Contest, participants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• The Contest is open to all Indian residents aged 18 years and above.
• Employees of Merino India, RCB, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Participants must have a valid Instagram account.

3. CONTEST DETAILS

• Participants must comment on the designated contest post, sharing what makes them different.
• Participants must use the hashtag #BeDifferent in their comment.
• Participants must like the post and follow @merinoindia.
• Participants must tag 3 friends in the comment.
• Entries must be original and not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Entries containing offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
• The Contest will run as announced by Merino India.

4. WINNER SELECTION

• 10 winners will be selected through a random draw method after verifying that all participation criteria have been fulfilled.
• The selection process will be conducted by the Organizer’s internal jury, and their decision will be final.
• Winners will be notified via direct message. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in disqualification.

5. PRIZES

• Winners will receive tickets to the RCB vs CSK match on May 3rd.
• Boarding and lodging are not included.
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays.

6. USAGE RIGHTS

• By participating, participants grant Merino India and RCB the right to use, share, and promote their submitted content across digital, print, and social media platforms without any further compensation.

7. DISQUALIFICATION & MODIFICATION

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the terms & conditions.
• The Organizer may modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. GENERAL TERMS

• This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
• By participating participants agree to release the Organizer from any liability related to participation or prizes.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
