Assistant Manager – Deal Desk [Merino Restroom Solutions]
Job Responsibilities
- Person will be required to collect Lead from various sources and validate the same.
- Connect with all the lead source within time frames.
- Sales Our products through tele calling.
- Ensure Sales volumes are achieved.
- Talk about our products, their FABs and help Marketing team in creating the content for social media.
- Ensure that all Lead data is captured Live data in CRM.
- Up selling and Product Mix.
- Ensure 100% compliance of DSO and follow Credit Mgt. policy.
- Submission of all required documents for order booking should be on time.
- Analysing market behaviour while discussing with the team and help Strategy & Sales team with it.
Qualification
- MBA (Sales & Marketing)/ B.tech with minimum 03-5 years of experience in similar domain.
- Tele calling experience.
- Should have definitely worked in respectable B2B brands in the Building material industry.
- Should have worked in an ERP environment, and should have working exposure to Sales automation tools and CRM.
- Should have had exposure to world class systems & processes.
