Manager – Digital Marketing
- Identify and develop innovative approaches to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Use website analytics and KPI data in order to drive online marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- Working closely with the sales team to prioritize verticals and create demand generation plans to aggressively gain market share with the selected verticals/industries.
- Managing the B2B section of the product website; work with our in-house designers, integrators and programmers to implement the necessary changes to increase leads and sales.
- Propose any other promotional activities and changes to our business model and pricing strategy to help increase revenue.
- Working with the sales team on constantly improving our B2B sales pipeline, from lead generation to sales closure;
- Making feature recommendations to the Product Management team, based on user feedback, satisfaction studies and competitive benchmarks.
- Monitoring market trends and analyzing competitive products and activities.
- Finding, communicating and leveraging relevant benchmarks (including business models) outside of the core market.
