Job Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Map position wise desired skill set vis-a vis current skill set & plan interventions accordingly
- Drive Gap analysis to figure out missing competencies required for the role
- Monitor Training content & update & continuously keep upgrading as per evolving business requirements
- Ensure Training effectiveness via feedbacks & post training job evaluation
- Drive Talent assessment and Talent Development Initiatives such as assessment center & Development center
Career Pathing & Succession Planning
- Deploy Talent Management Strategy framework
- Lead entire capability interventions
- Ensure a strong talent pipeline – technical & leadership – to meet current and future business needs.
- Reviewing competency framework with respect to the emerging skills followed by Key moves, Succession planning
- Designing career path for business critical roles –IDP for career progression
- Drive Career conversation with input from relevant stakeholders
- Ensure a strong talent pipeline – technical & leadership – to meet current and future business needs.
Change Management
- Spearhead the organization transformation exercise -basis the cultural pillar from time to time
- Lead change management training & communications to different target audience’s basis requirements
- Collect feedbacks from employees regarding various change initiative deployed on their success & areas of improvement
HR Analytics & reporting
- Publish dashboards on the various interventions & initiatives deployed to all concerned stakeholders at a set frequency
Qualification
- Graduate + MBA with 15 + years of experience is desirable
