TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPER SIX SCHEME

• Scheme is open only for Retailers purchases and secondary sales, routed directly through authorized Distributor only.
• The Scheme is applicable only on purchase of Lam, SLC & LUVIH sheets. However, Decolam purchase will not be considered under this scheme.
• Retailer has to purchase minimum 6(six) sheets on match day from authorized distributor and has to predict the match related Question correctly.
• Only one prediction from retailer per match from registered mobile number is al-lowed.
• The winners will be eligible for discount of Rs.25/sheet (for Lam sf / texture / HGL); Rs.35/sheet (for SLC) and Rs.75/sheet(for Luvih).
• Credit note will be issued to winners within one month from announcement of winners.
• Sales return, if any, will be deducted from billed quantity and in case, post sales re-turn calculation, purchased sheets quantity fall below the scheme eligible quantity, the concerned retailer will lose scheme benefit.
• The company can modify or withdraw the offer at any point without prior notice.
• In case of any ambiguity, the company’s decision will be final & binding.
• All legal disputes will be subject to exclusive Jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
