    BLOCKWOOD DOOR - Flush doors are made of well-seasoned hardwood timber, specifically selected from New Zealand. Seasoned hardwood battens are used to frame the core of ply-cross board. A layer of cross-bands is used for added hardiness. Face veneers is bounded with both side of the cores. The cross-bonding process is executed at high- pressure and temperature, with pheno Formaldehyde resin and permanent type preservatives. Hardwood core veneers of full width, dimensions and thickness.
